Frequently Asked Questions

What day will my system start?

Normally the system starts on a Monday, however we can accommodate a start on any day of your choosing. The only limitation is all records must start on the same date.

 

How Long will my records last?

We supply 52 weeks of printing in the delivery. Some CCP records may require a number of books to cover the 52 weeks, the number of books for a specific CCP depends on the number of sampled required to be recorded for the CCP each day. If we fit 3 days on a page then there will be 2 books if there are 2 days on a page then there will be three books for the CCP.

 

How Long will it take to deliver my new records?

We can normally produce a set records books in 2 weeks from receipt of a completed order form. It is possible to produce records in a shorter lead time but this will result in a small increased cost.

 

Can I change the Names on the columns?

Yes. The column names can be altered to suit the terminology you and your staff are familiar with.

 

Do I have to keep all the columns in the sample Template?

No.  You can delete and alter columns to suit your needs and match the requirements of your HACCP Plan.

 

Can I change the order of the columns?

Yes, the columns can be sequenced to suit your requirements.

 

Can I change the order of the Cleaning List?

Yes the order of appearance of items in the list can be in any order of your choosing. We automatically order daily, twice weekly, fortnightly, . . . . monthly. The final sequence is entirely at your discretion.

 

Can you Design New Forms?

Yes, we will in consultation with you design a new form from scratch to suit the purpose required.

 

When is payment due?

On delivery, every system is personalised to the individual food business and therefore cannot be resold to another customer.

 

My business has a logo, can this be printed on to the pages?

Most logos are suitable to be placed onto the top right corner of each page and the bottom right of the front page. Logos are printed in black (greyscale).

 

What Critical Limits are used?

All our template forms have critical limits, requirements and corrective actions are taken from IS340 (2007) and IS341 (2007).. These are a starting point and will be amended to suit your specific requirements to match your HACCP Plan.

 

Do you offer food safety consultation?
